Benuvia Therapeutics markets Syndros, a U.S. FDA-approved cannabinoid drug and has a pipeline of clinical stage product candidates focused on rare diseases. The transactions are the latest in CTSW’s long history of work with pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in the areas of M&A, licensing, IP protection, and many other areas.
