CTSW Represents Radiation Oncology QA Software Company in Its Acquisition

CTSW represented a privately held radiation oncology Quality Assurance (QA) software company in its acquisition by a publicly traded cancer care solution company. The transaction is the latest in CTSW's long history of work for life sciences and healthtech companies including purchases and sales of businesses, financings, licensing, manufacturing and distribution agreements, and product development agreements.
