A CTSW team led by partner Ken Rubinstein successfully represented an executive in an arbitration against a leading international hospitality consortium. CTSW brought suit seeking severance for the executive who was terminated for “cause.” Following a three-day hearing, the JAMS arbitrator determined that the executive was not properly terminated for cause, and awarded the full severance due under the executive's employment agreement as well as associated incentive compensation.
