CTSW represented a London-based high-end apparel retailer in leasing space for its first U.S. location, in midtown Manhattan on Madison Avenue. The transaction is the latest in extensive commercial leasing experience for the firm, whose real estate practice also includes development and investment deals, multi-family properties, and purchases and sales.
