CTSW attorneys led by Robert Boghosian represented an asset based lender in negotiating, documenting and closing over $24 million of secured asset based loans in the first quarter of 2013. The loans were required to be negotiated, documented and closed on an expedited basis. CTSW met the timelines and was successful in closing all of the loans for the benefit of the lender and borrowers.
