Jerry Cohen has been engaged in business and commercial law for over twenty-five years. As a business attorney, Jerry handles corporate, financial, commercial and intellectual property transactions.

One of the founding members of CTSW, Jerry also co-founded and served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President to a multi-million dollar corporation before returning to the full-time practice of law.
