CTSW's Opinion Adopted by Israeli Court on Complex New York Jurisdictional Issue

In a commercial litigation between a prominent New York fashion designer and an Israeli businessperson, CTSW was asked to issue an opinion on behalf of the Israeli party concerning a New York jurisdictional clause in a contract between the parties. An Israeli judge ruled in favor of CTSW’s client and against the fashion designer, upholding the jurisdictional clause despite the fact that the Israeli party was unable to enter New York.
