Steve Wagner on Faculty of CLE on Privileged Communication and Ethics Issues at Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum

At this year’s Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum in Atlantic City on April 21, Steve Wagner will be on the faculty of a continuing legal education panel on the topic of privileged communication and ethics issues for in-house corporate counsel. The panel will discuss issues of privilege in in-house counsel communications with a company’s executives and employees. This past fall, Steve facilitated a CTSW roundtable for in-house counsel also on privileged communications.
