CTSW obtained a victory for its client, a hotel developer and owner, when the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of New York granted summary judgment dismissing all of the claims in a trademark infringement action. The Court accepted CTSW’s argument that there was no evidence to establish that our client engaged in any conduct that infringed on the plaintiff’s trademark.
