A new resort is coming to a picturesque California location in the heart of Napa Valley, and will include a 110 room luxury hotel, and 33 private villa residences and custom estates. CTSW represented the seller on this approximately $85 million transaction transferring this site to its new owner/developer. It is the latest in the firm’s experience in commercial and multi-use complex real estate transactions. Joe Vann, Larry Tauber, Adam Stein, and Courtney Birnbaum worked on the deal.
