CTSW advised a fund that invests in life sciences drug royalty streams in closing a $40 million acquisition. The closing is the latest transaction for CTSW’s life sciences practice, which works with pharmaceutical, medical device, biopharma, and healthcare companies on corporate transactions, intellectual property protection, and commercial disputes and litigation. CTSW’s Jerry Cohen and Larry Tauber worked on the deal.
