On Monday, January 27, the CTSW energy practice closed a $30 million private placement of senior unsecured notes for a gas utility holding company. The deal continues a brisk pace of private placements and credit agreements for energy and gas companies. TD Securities (USA) LLC served as placement agent. CTSW partner Walter Godlewski led the firm’s work on the deal.
