Joe Vann, Andy Buck and Robert Boghosian developed a strategy for a CTSW client, HFZ Capital Group LLC, to acquire One Madison Park, a 50-story nearly completed high-rise residential condominium tower in the heart of Manhattan out of Chapter 11. HFZ Capital Group LLC has been named the successful bidder at an auction recently conducted by the Debtors. The parties continue to move forward towards the filing and confirmation of a Plan of Reorganization that will result in the transfer of title to the project to our client.
