Daniel Arbov joined the CTSW corporate department in 2023. Admitted to practice law in both New York and Israel, Daniel has a comprehensive background in M&A and tech, providing legal counsel on complex transactional matters to clients ranging from EC/VC and PE to entrepreneurs, startups, and established corporations.
Daniel’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, joint ventures, and both early-stage and secondary transactions. Additionally, he advises clients on commercial activities concerning intellectual property matters, licenses, distribution, and manufacturing agreements.
In 2021, Daniel was recognized by the Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer for his excellent work in Hi-Tech and Startups in Israel.
Prior to his role in CTSW, Daniel was an associate in Goodwin Procter’s Private Equity Group in New York, and in Barnea Jaffa Lande’s M&A and Tech department in Tel Aviv.
