CTSW announced today that Alan Arkin has joined the firm as a litigation partner.

Alan has more than twenty years of experience advising private equity funds, hedge funds, and other investment vehicles, as well as their founders and other stakeholders, in a wide range of employment and other organizational matters. Alan frequently advises clients on fund breakups, whether through litigation or negotiation. He has substantial experience advising clients on employment matters specific to private equity funds, hedge funds, and venture funds.

Alan is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He graduated from Tulane Law School cum laude and from Washington University.
