CTSW represented the stalking horse bidder and successful bidder on certain Ambulance Service Certificates at an auction held by the Bankruptcy Trustee of TransCare Corporation. The certificates entitle the holder to serve operate ambulances in the five boroughs of New York City and other locations throughout New York State. This matter is the latest in CTSW’s work for clients affected by financial distress situations, and purchasers of assets and businesses from Chapter 11 debtors.
