In its latest M&A transaction, CTSW closed on the sale of a large bus fleet for an equipment finance company. The deal continues a brisk pace for CTSW’s corporate team in acquisitions and dispositions of assets and businesses. “As in other similar deals we have handled, we worked with our client to drive the transaction to timely completion and to do so efficiently,” said CTSW corporate partner Adam Stein.
