Cohen Tauber Spievack & Wagner has announced that Kenneth J. Rubinstein has joined the firm as a litigation partner. He was previously a partner in the New York office of Haynes & Boone.
An accomplished trial lawyer, Ken’s experience (click here for bio) spans a broad spectrum of clients and industries, including financial services, real estate, finance, and media. Ken devotes much of his practice to litigation stemming from financial transactions and employment related matters. He routinely represents clients in investment-related, partnership, and contract disputes.
Ken is also frequently retained to litigate matters involving post-employment restrictions, fiduciary duties, and unfair competition, and has represented scores of executives and senior-level employees in negotiating employment or separation agreements. He has successfully tried numerous jury and non-jury cases before federal and state courts, and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution forums.
Ken primarily represents small to mid-market companies and high net worth individuals and families. His clients, which include Crius Energy, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., NICE Systems, York Capital Management, and Infinity Consulting Solutions, look to him for counsel on a wide array of matters aside from his core practice areas.
