CTSW's Jerry Cohen and Larry Tauber presented to an audience of designers, discussing traps in interior design agreements. The workshop was part of Design Camp NY, which took place March 18 and 19. Jerry writes the law and business blog for FurnitureToday.com, and Jerry and Larry have worked with furniture and home furnishings businesses for more than 20 years on commercial agreements including manufacturing, supply and distribution, licensing, and day-to-day legal issues, and commercial disputes.
