CTSW Client Closes on Purchase of 2500-Acre Site in Upstate New York

CTSW represented the purchaser of a 2500-acres in upstate New York. The site will be used for the development of residential homes. The transaction entailed complex title and tax issues relating to hundreds of lots collectively making up the purchased property. The upstate New York transaction was handled by Larry Tauber, Fred Sanders, Neil Novikoff, and Courtney Birnbaum.

CTSW’s national real estate practice has also recently closed an $85 million transaction for a Napa Valley resort site, advised on the $32 million acquisition of a Florida student housing complex, and closed a $37 million deal for a Fifth Avenue luxury multi-family residence.
