CTSW Represents Vensun Pharmaceuticals in Manufacturing, Supply, and Distribution Agreement

CTSW client Vensun Pharmaceuticals, a privately held generic pharmaceutical company, has entered into a deal with ScieGen Pharmaceuticals to commercialize 23 prescription generic products. The combined annual sales for these 23 products are approximately $6 billion. Vensun Pharmaceuticals is based in Yardley, Pennsylvania, and is developing a portfolio of complex generic prescription products. The deal is the latest in CTSW’s longtime work with pharmaceutical companies on these types of agreements. Larry Tauber worked on the deal.
