Energy Surge Continues with Financing Deals of $650 Million and $125 Million

Following a busy winter, CTSW’s energy practice continues its brisk pace. Recent deals include two amended and expanded credit agreements, a $650 million deal with an accordion feature to increase to $800 million for an energy holding company and a $125 million agreement with an accordion feature to increase to $175 million for a diversified natural resource company.
