Not a moment of silence passed in a varied and stimulating conversation at the roundtable on real estate hosted by CTSW on Thursday, November 7. Experienced business leaders from a cross-section of the real estate industry—including construction, urban planning, land use, residential and industrial development, and valuation—traded ideas on the direction of the NYC area real estate market and its most important issues under a new mayoral administration.

“It was a privilege listening to what our participants had to say about the real estate market and related issues such as transit, education, taxes, and politics,” said Larry Tauber, head of CTSW’s real estate practice. “Real estate is one of the city’s signature industries, and being part of such a lively conversation brought to life even more the work we do.”
