“CTSW Enables Client to Meet Year-End Acquisition and Financing Deadline”

“Our client Trinity Packaging Corporation, an independent manufacturer and distributor of specialized plastic bags, completed the acquisition of Cello Pack Corporation and American Barrier Films Inc., both of Buffalo, New York.  The acquisition had to close by the end of December in order to allow the sellers to take advantage of 2012’s lower tax rates.  Our team headed by Fred Sanders and Adam Stein, with the able assistance of Ting Riess and Courtney Birnbaum, was able to meet the parties’ tight timetable and move the transaction to a successful conclusion while at the same time negotiating a new expanded credit agreement for Trinity with Wells Fargo Bank.
