CTSW Attorneys to Present at ACI's Conference: Life Sciences Collaborative Agreements and M&A

Jerry Cohen and Larry Tauber have been asked to speak at the ACI Conference on February 27 and 28 at the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel in New York City. Jerry and Larry, together with Timothy Witkowski, Executive Director and Counsel of IP at Boehringer Ingelheim, will be discussing “Building End Value Into Your Agreements.”  Jerry and Larry have drafted and negotiated numerous M&A, Licensing, Joint Venture and Strategic Alliance Agreements and will discuss their suggestions and experiences regarding negotiating termination provisions to avoid pitfalls and ensure smooth transitions.
