Larry Tauber has practiced corporate, business and commercial law for nearly twenty-five years, with a principal emphasis on corporate and commercial transactions, intellectual property, licensing, real estate and life sciences.
One of the founding partners of CTSW, Larry practiced law with Gordon Hurwitz Weitzen Shalov & Wein, in the fields of securities law, commercial transactions, lease financing, public company acquisitions and securities law. He subsequently practiced at Gratch Jacobs & Brozman, P.C. in New York City, where he developed expertise in public and private company mergers and acquisitions law, leveraged buy-outs and corporate finance, asset-based lending and leasing (representing borrowers as well as banks and commercial lenders) and real estate law, and provided general corporate, business and securities counseling to both public and private corporate clients.
Larry is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Journal of International Law & Politics.
