Jerry Cohen has been engaged in business and commercial law for nearly twenty years. As a business attorney, Jerry handles corporate, financial, commercial and intellectual property transactions.
As a corporate counselor, he provides strategic business advice to public and private corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Jerry routinely counsels clients in a wide range of transactions, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, licensing, marketing and distribution arrangements, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and financings. His practice focuses on the representation of technology, life sciences and growth-oriented companies as well as financial institutions.
One of the founding members of CTSW, Jerry also co-founded and served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President to a multi-million dollar corporation before returning to the full-time practice of law. Jerry combines his legal skills, business acumen and unique entrepreneurial perspective to provide sophisticated and practical counsel so that his clients can achieve their strategic goals. His insights and experience in balancing risk, reward and the legal ramifications of a business decision are an invaluable asset to his clients.
