Let’s cut through the bravado – like all good litigators, CTSW is prepared and ready to take every case to trial; we know how to play hard ball and do.  “Tit-for-tat” and “damn the torpedoes” may be appropriate in some instances. Such approaches, however, are not always in the client’s best interests and may serve only to run up costs since, in the end, the majority of commercial disputes settle.  First and foremost, it is our clients’ business goals that guide all of our representations.
