Courtney is an associate in our corporate department; her practice focuses on the representation of individuals and companies in a variety of industries in corporate and transactional matters, including start-up and governance matters, debt and equity financing, real estate contracts, intellectual property contracts and mergers and acquisitions.  Courtney also has significant experience in consignment matters.
