Ting Riess is an associate in the corporate department, where she focuses on the representation of institutional borrowers, banks, and commercial lenders in a wide variety of secured transactions. Ting also concentrates on representing pharmaceutical and technology companies in complex licensing transactions involving the transfer and use of valuable patents, technology and other intellectual property. Additionally, Ting assists early-stage and small-cap companies in private placements and compliance with federal and state securities laws and reporting requirements.
Ting Riess has been named to the list of 2012 New York Rising Stars – Metrolist by Super Lawyers, a magazine and rating service for the legal community.
