Kara Gorycki’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, primarily the representation of corporate clients in both state and federal court at all levels of the litigation process.  Kara has been involved from the pleading stage through appeal, and all steps in-between.  Kara has represented clients in a wide variety of industries including food and beverage, tobacco, medical, arts and entertainment, and financial services.  These representations were predicated upon contract breaches, fraud, antitrust violations, and product liability.  Among other things, Kara has extensive experience working with expert witnesses, and has developed expertise in preparing experts for deposition and trial.  She has also counseled clients on discovery and case management issues.
