Irving Fishman is both a registered patent attorney and licensed pharmacist with over twenty years experience in pharmaceutical and chemical patent issues. As U.S. Pharmaceutical Division Counsel for Ciba-Geigy Corp., Corporate Patent Counsel to Church & Dwight, and later in private practice, he prepared hundreds of validity/infringement opinions on generic, OTC and branded drugs and personal care products, dozens of Paragraph IV certifications and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications. Irv also has worked on ANDA litigations.
