Andrew L. Buck, senior counsel in CTSW's Creditor's Rights and Bankruptcy practice, has substantial experience in complex in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters in a wide range of industries. His diverse practice has focused on the representation of domestic and foreign debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, creditors' and equity holders' committees, senior management, financial advisors and purchasers, sellers, and lenders in distressed M&A transactions.

Andy has been involved in debtor-side representations of Arclin US Holdings Inc, James River Coal Company, HQ Global Workplaces, Inc., Globalstar, L.P., Polaroid, Inc., Skyview Media Group and Nextwave Communications. Andy has also represented, or assisted in representing, secured creditors of Innkeepers USA Trust, Lyondell Chemical Company, SafetyKleen, Mariner Post-Acute Networks. Axiohm, Grand Union, Favorite Brands, Med Diversified, TLC Home Healthcare and Liberty House, as well as the official creditors' committees of Calpine Corporation and 360networks, Inc. and the official equity committee of Adelphia Communications Corporation.

Upon his graduation from law school, and prior to entering private practice, Andy served as law clerk to the Honorable Novalyn L. Winfield, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey.
