Adam Stein has been engaged in business and commercial law for over twenty years. His practice includes corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
Working with each client from a perspective centered on business goals, he advises business executives, principals, and in-house attorneys on agreements, deals, and growth initiatives.
Adam’s areas of expertise include:
- Public and private company mergers and acquisitions
- Asset-based lending and leasing, representing borrowers, banks and commercial lenders
- Corporate finance and venture capital financing
- Start-up ventures
Adam began his legal career with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Prior to law school, he earned a degree in pharmacy and drug information science and worked as a pharmacist.
In addition to advising on business transactions, Adam has also represented art collectors, artists and their agents. His practice in this area includes art lending and consignment and arranging international exhibitions of major art works.
