PERM Labor Certification

U.S. employers can apply to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) for a labor certification to show that there are no qualified U.S. workers able, qualified and willing to accept the position that is being offered to the foreign national. The U.S. employer is required to obtain a prevailing wage determination from the State Workforce Agency (SWA) having jurisdiction over the area of intended employment and must take meticulous steps to conduct recruitment prior to filing the application.  We assist U.S. employers in analyzing job requirements and preparing effective recruitment strategies that maximizes the success of each application.
