Non-Immigrant Visas

Nonimmigrant visas are used by foreign nationals who wish to come to the U.S. temporarily for business, pleasure, training, internships, school or work.  Some of the most commonly used nonimmigrant visas are B-1 business visitor; E-1/E-2 investor, F-1 student; H-1B temporary worker; J-1 trainee/intern; L-1 intracompany transferee; O-1 alien of extraordinary ability; NAFTA visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals.  We work with foreign nationals and U.S. employers to identify the most appropriate visa category that is suited for each situation.
