U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been cracking down on unauthorized employment and record-keeping violations. DOL is auditing U.S. employers who utilize the H-1B visa program to hire foreign nationals and conducting investigations into Wage & Hour violations.  U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) conducts unannounced random site visits to U.S. employers who file H-1B petitions. For years, we have been providing continuous training to our corporate clients’ HR representations to establish best practices for record-keeping and compliance so they are prepared for these enforcement activities.
