EB-1 Visas (Employed-Based First Preference) are available to foreign nationals who can demonstrate that they have highly significant accomplishments in the fields of arts, sciences, education, business or athletics.  These foreign nationals may be able to apply for immigrant visas under the categories of Extraordinary Alien; Outstanding Researcher; or Multinational Managers/Executives.
