CTSW represents clients in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, joint ventures, licensing of software, technology and intellectual property, marketing and distribution arrangements, restructuring and financing (venture capital, debt or equity), leveraged buy-outs and LBO financing, asset-based lending and leasing, and real property sales, purchases and leasing.  We represent individuals as well as corporations (public and private), partnerships and limited liability companies in structuring these deals whether domestically or internationally.
